INFO: Miss Highton [= Mrs Gibson] is alive and well and, although frail with a leaking heart valve, lives in the old people wing of a convent (ST Katherines House. Ormond Road) in Wantage, Oxforshire. She was a sort of surrogate mother when we were very small boys (I was 9) at Goldalming during the 2nd World War.
